Open from 11:00 to 3:00 for Champagne Sunday Brunch, we invite
you to share in the memories of the Coastside’s colorful
past during a leisurely dining experience by the Pacific Ocean.
Our Brunch Specialties include:
• Miramar Benedict: crab cakes with poached eggs and Hollandaise
sauce.
• The Classic Eggs Benedict: Poached eggs, Canadian bacon
and Hollandaise on a toasted English muffin.
•Smoked Salmon Benedict: Poached eggs with La Rocca smoked salmon, artichokes and Hollandaise on a toasted English muffin.
• Steak and Eggs: Black Angus New York steak, grilled and
served with two eggs cooked any style.
• French Toast: Thick cut sourdough bread dipped in a batter
of eggs, cream and Tahitian vanilla.
Our Champagne Sunday Brunch Omelettes include:
• Miramar Omelette: Dungeness crab and cold water shrimp
with diced tomatoes, jack and cheddar cheese.
•Maverick Omlette: Honey Cured ham, bell peppers, diced tomatoes and a combination of Monterey jack and cheddar cheese.
• Vegetable Omelette: Fresh garden vegetables, wok steamed,
with or without cheese.
• Bacon, Tomato and Cheese Omelette: Applewood bacon,
vine ripe tomatoes and a combination of Monterey jack and cheddar
cheese.
