• Crab Cakes: Dungeness crab cakes on a bed of lemon caper

garlic, chardonnay, lemon butter and parsley with basmati rice.
• New York Steak: Choice Black Angus, dry aged 21 days,
grilled and drizzled with imported Gorgonzola cream.
• Steak au Poivre: Choice Black Angus New York steak, dry
aged 21 days, peppercorned and pan roasted, finished with cognac,
demi-glace and Dijon mustard.
• Filet Mignon: Black Angus beef tenderloin grilled with
smoked tomato butter and carmalezied onion mashed potatoes.
• Calamari Steak: Crusted calamari steak, sautéed
and drizzled with a lemon caper buerre-blanc sauce, served with
basmati rice and vegetables.
